Reservations will be kept until up to 14 days before the track day. If the full payment for the acquired services hasn't been completed and confirmed due that deadline, the reservation will be cancelled and the slot for the track day will be released with no exception.
WHAT DO I DO IF I BOOK A TRACK DAY, BUT I CAN'T ATTEND TO IT?
If, for reasons of force majeure, sickness or work, you can't attend an event you've booked and paid, this won't be refunded, but you'll be able to attend to another track day of the same price from our calendar of the current season. Payments for daily insurance or rain coverage won't be saved or preserved, for they only work on that specific day. In all cases, you'll have to let us know about your absence with enough time before the track day, and this will always be up to the organizer's consideration.
